Welcome to our website

Lexicon Consulting is a small, woman owned, business. In late 2019, we saw a deficiency in Local Public Agencies, and other recipients and subrecipients of Federal Financial Assistance, to meet the Federal requirements of compliance in Title VI and its accompanying programs. 
Mary Robinson, Lexicon's owner, has a vast background knowledge in many subject areas, including Title VI and Title VII program elements and requirements.
Our Project Coordinator and Trainer, Robin Robinson, has an extensive background in multiple fields of construction and is knowledgeable in the elements and requirements of contract compliance.
Our goal and mission is to provide excellent supportive services to help our customers succeed.
